Elf actor Faizon Love has pleaded not guilty after he was arrested and charged with assault following an alleged incident at an airport in the USA.
The actor and comedian was taken into custody after an alleged altercation with a male valet in the baggage claim area at John Glenn Columbus International Airport on Tuesday, March 7.
A Franklin Municipal Court document lists assault, a misdemeanour, as the charge.
Love appeared in court today to plead not guilty to the charge and was released on $2000 (£1,644)
According to The Columbus Dispatch , airport police have said they were called at 1.30pm local time on Tuesday after reports of an argument in the baggage hall area.
Love is accused of grabbing the valet by the neck and pushing him to the ground, and then pushing him again into a desk. When the valet tried to get up, Love is accused of pushing him to the ground once more.
